These terms govern your use of laced.co.za and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them.

3. Products
We do our best to display our products accurately, including colours and descriptions. Screen colours vary, so slight differences between the photo and the product are possible. Product images are illustrative.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed and paid for.
Payment is required in full at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment has cleared.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send your order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where there's been a pricing error. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, load shedding, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and your consumer rights
Your rights to return goods are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Laced name, logo, images, and text — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any purchase is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
