Laced sells footwear online in South Africa. Our stock is held locally and dispatched from South Africa.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

Average delivery is 8 to 10 working days nationwide, free of charge. Full detail is in our Delivery policy.

Returns and refunds

You may cancel within 7 days of delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and return unworn items within 14 days. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. Full detail is in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and are subject to the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
